Our unique approach combines intercultural frameworks, anti-racism practice and cultural humility methodology to help leaders on their journey to improve how they communicate across cultures and borders, develop more inclusive and adaptable team cultures and grow their organisations resilience.

Using theoretical knowledge, practical tools and case studies, we deliver high quality training programmes and workshops designed to support attendees to develop essential tools to thrive across cultures and borders.

I am a French Rwandan, born in the USA who has lived and worked in 8 countries across 4 different continents. This enabled me to develop a global mindset at a very young age.

This fueled her desire to share her experience and expertise to help individuals and organisations to develop intercultural skills such as cultural awareness and intercultural communication.
